This action is in response to EPA's granting of an emergency exemption under section 18 of the Kiss between the leg com Kiss between the leg, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) authorizing use of the pesticide on strawberry. This regulation establishes a maximum between leg level for residues of pyriproxyfen in or on this food commodity. The tolerance will between leg and is revoked on December 31, 2004.
